[publisher: Random House, New York] Hardcover First Edition This is a solid book and is an ex-library book and the book has been rebound in a library binding and the covers and spine have edge wear, scuffed corners, they are rubbed and have light soiling. The is soiling to the page edges, The name of the library is stamped on the top page edges and on both the title and contents page. The front end page has a little residue from what seems to have been a card pocket. Both the title page and the contents page have a 3 3/4 inch tear along the hinge from the bottom up.
